On the coming Christmas eve, the award-winning culinary team from Sangkar Restaurant will present a five-course menu, which will continue through lunch and dinner on Christmas Day. The menu will include traditional Christmas offerings such as roasted turkey and plum pudding.
The Resident Head Chef, Fabrizio Crocetta at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin will showcase a choice of two special tasting menus using creative interpretations of classic Italian cuisine blended with local, organic ingredients and paired with refined techniques. The five and eight-course menu comprises of lavish dishes such as scallop with green asparagus salad, veal cooked in olive oil with smoked eel puree, grilled wagyu beef and black truffle, and sabayon with cocoa paper.
On New Year’s Eve, two tasting menus comprising of four and six-course will be served in the elegant setting at Il Ristorante – Luca Fantin. Irresistible feasts with finest ingredients such as squid with caviar and lemon skin, cold pasta with lobster and oregano, and grilled wagyu beef with porchini mushroom will be the highlight for the special evening.
For those looking for an extravagant celebration and indulgence, Bvlgari Resort Bali is holding its annual New Year’s Eve celebration. It starts with a sunset aperitivo at Il Bar, and is followed by a six-course gala dinner at Sangkar Restaurant along with live music performance.
